Policy Statement

• Full payment is required in person or by phone using a valid credit card to book.
• Cancellation 3 weeks prior to departure, a full refund in the form of a store credit will be given.
• Cancellation less than 3 weeks, no refund will be given, unless your space has been filled.
• If charter is cancelled, a full refund is given.
• If boat leaves dock, no refunds or credits will be given.
